Marshy Mellow
Enterprising ICHK students have created their own products, which they will be selling at the Arts for Inclusion Community Carnival.
ASDAN students have been diligently working on their social enterprise project, Marshy Mellow.
Inspired by the slogan, “Trinkets to Treasure,” the students have created a range of handmade items, including ICHK-themed positive keychains, natural soap (in collaboration with Youth Empowerment Service), magnets, crochet items and mystery sticker packs.
The students also ran a stall at Celebration of Learning, managing sales with parents and staff.
All the money raised from their sales will be donated to the Changing Lives Foundation, which supports underprivileged children in Hong Kong and China.
We are delighted that our students will have the opportunity to sell their products at the Community Carnival, and proud that through our work as a school, we are supporting them to develop wider skills and broaden their experiences.
